TUT’s Student Recruitment function is strategically placed to ensure that prospective students are equipped with up-to-date and accurate information about the institution prior to enrolment.
We, at Student Recruitment engage with and empower learners and other University stakeholders with a picture of what TUT is all about before they can enrol. Our office creates awareness of the University, its products and services, and provides advice on various primary issues ranging from application procedures, programme offerings and entry requirements to student rules and regulations, using various platforms. In supporting the institution’s recruitment and retention strategy, we achieve these objectives by actively informing public perception and promoting TUT’s unique range of programmes and services through a targeted recruitment programme.
Our daily activities include organising and conducting informative presentations at high schools and community-based educational and career events. We also attend various exhibitions to provide information, advice and guidance to prospective students, teachers, parents and other stakeholders.
